The DVA Community Nursing Program provides home community nursing services provides veterans and war widows and widowers (entitled persons) to meet their assessed clinical and personal care needs.
The aim of DVA’s Community Nursing Program is to enhance the independence and health outcomes of the entitled person by avoiding early admission to hospital and/or residential care through access to Orange & Regional Nursing Services.
